Our bodies would be well functions in small range temperature.
We need the well prepared if surroundings are too hot or cold.
We could be adapted to lifestyle in high temperature but not
our body. It might be take a week or more to full adapted. If we stay in hot temperature
in long time we should take a rest more and drink a lot of water to replaced the
sweat. If not we could be a hot stroke.
Cold weather also have a same affects like hot weather. People's
who go out to open place in cold weather always failed to take a right protection
step. This could be a cause of the hypothermia and death if not cure in fast.
We must take care our health especially in hot weather like now.
Drink a lot of water and limit the time outside is the best ways to maintain our
healthy.
