#RECIPE : SIMPLE GRILL TANDOORI CHICKEN (BBQ)

ASSALAMUALAIKUM 

Hye Everyone, 

INGREDIENTS : 

•   1 chicken, cut into serving pieces, skinned and trimmed of all visible fat.
•   2 inch piece of ginger, peeled.
•   3 inch "lengkuas".
•   6 cloves garlic.
•   6 cloves onion (small).
•   3 tbsp "jintan manis" powder.
•   3 tbsp "jintan putih" powder.
•   1 tbsp salt.
•   2 tbsp sugar.
•   5 stalks of lemongrass.
•   1 packet tandoori powder.

INSTRUCTIONS : 

1.  Prepare the tandoori marinade by blending everything EXCEPT chicken. Process until a smooth paste is formed. 
2. Mix the marinade in with the whole chicken  and marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours.
3. Cook on a grill set to medium high until cooked through, around 30 minutes.

NOTE : 

Takes 15 minutes to make, 15-20 minutes to barbecue, plus 1- 6 hours marinating

TRIP TO BROGA HILL, SEMENYIH

ASSALAMUALAIKUM

Hye everyone, 

On 1 May 2014, me and my friends decide go to Broga Hill in Semenyih, Selangor. 

We stay at Semenyih one day before climb the hill. 

The walk begins at 6:30 am from a friend's house near Semenyih. 

We arrived at Broga Hill around 7:00 am.

 At the time, many people are getting ready to climb. 

Well, its holidays right. 

For information, a starting point want to climb Broga hill is near oil palm plantations and payable in RM2 (if not mistaken) as a fee for parking. 

And also near the bottom of the hill, there are people selling food and cloths.

 So if you are hungry can eat first for breakfast collect energy. 

See, many people at this time.

For your information : 

Broga is a small town that sits on the border of Selangor and Negri Sembilan in Malaysia. It is situated 50 kilometres (31 mi) from Kuala Lumpur and approximately 33 kilometres (21 mi) from Seremban, the capital of Negri Sembilan.

We arrived at the top hill after 45 minutes. Be careful because the track to climb up very danger because of slick in the morning.  Make sure you have enough safety features.

THIS IS DESARU LOVERS

Ok lets get started, me and my friends going to DESARU on 8,9,10 May 2014 attend Program Creative and Positive Thinking organized by HEP (hal ehwal pelajar). I did not think this program fun as I thought we would have to sleep in a tent. But my assumption is wrong. Our bedrooms are provided air condition and very comfort. While activity was very relaxing and enjoyable. Every evening we were given permission to walk around the beach and  swim at the swimming pool that provided by the resort. 

Bayu Balau Resort, Tanjung Balau,Desaru, Johor

This resort very comfortable and have very nice view. We all very enjoy stay here, the food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. 

Last but not list, Subhanallah very ni view and im really miss this time.

What is DEPRESSION? 

Depression is :

Feeling sad, or what we may call "depressed", happens to all of us. The sensation usually passes after a while. However, people with a depressive disorder - clinical depression - find that their state interferes with daily life.

For people with clinical depression, their normal functioning is undermined to such an extent that both they and those who care about them are affected by it.

Depression can lead to emotional and physical problems. Typically, people with depression find it hard to go about their day-to-day activities, and may also feel that life is not worth living.

There are several forms of depression (depressive disorders). Major depressive disorder and dysthymic disorder are the most common :

1. Major depressive disorder (major depression) 

2. Dysthymic disorder (dysthymia)

3. Psychotic depression

4. Postpartum depression (postnatal depression) 

5. SAD (seasonal affective disorder)

6. Bipolar disorder (manic-depressive illness) 

Depression is not uniform. Signs and symptoms may be experienced by some sufferers and not by others. How severe the symptoms are, and how long they last depends on the individual person and his illness. Below is a list of the most common symptoms :

1. A constant feeling of sadness, anxiety, and emptiness

2. A general feeling of pessimism sets in (the glass is always half empty)

3. The person feels hopeless

4. Individuals can feel restless

5. The sufferer may experience irritability

6. Patients may lose interest in activities or hobbies they once enjoyed

Students do not be so depressed because some will interfere with their studies. Lets doa to ALLAH easy for everything.

SOGA HILL

ASSALAMUALAIKUM

hye everyone,

Yesterday's story, my friends and I going to Soga Hill, Batu Pahat, Johore. For the first time ok. haha we stay around 2 years at Parit Raja finally decide to going there.

This is Soga Hill : 

We arrived around 8.00 am at here. Firstly,we doing an exercises before hiking. Oh ya, even on Thursday many people in this place especially Chinese people. There are very friendly. Everytime greeted and always asking "first time ke?" HAHAHA perhaps they see us very tired hiking even half-way.  

Ok lets get started !

We are very happy. Successfully climbed to the top of the Soga hill after 1 hours of our journey. Take a picture before we leave. Memories of Soga Hill had made before we finished our studied in UTHM.

Everyday went im wake up in early morning, my first thing that I do is get my handphone to read news about MH370. Its already 4th days the flight is missing. Many methods have been performed to find the flight. Alhamdulillah, many assistance that were given from many foreign countries.

With Heart We Serve

Assalamualaikum 

                First of all the title is about an event that has been done when I in semester 1 at UTHM there is "Progaram Anak Angkat" at Tangkak, Johor. The selected place for this event is Felda Sri Ledang. This event is created because of subject for university its compulsory to all student. 

This program is managed by the students, each student divided the task of planning activities to be conducted during the course of this program.

There are a few activities that had been organize : 

arrived at Felda Sri Ledang

student with their family adopt

"gotong-royong" activity

friendly futsal with the villagers - team boys

team girls

the telematches

give hamper to senior citizens

souvenirs from the village chief of Felda Sri Ledang

teammates "KIDHMAT MASYARAKAT"

Although, these activities are done only 2 days 1 night it's very fun to work in a team to ensure the success of this program. unforgettable experience for the villagers very friendly and give good service to us even today I still contact my foster family.

          Everything that happens there is definitely a blessing. Life is not easy, not all the time. Its not every time and everything about being so lucky. Its not that GOD doesn't love us and everyone needs to face the test.

         Because we will never know how is it like to feel happy if we never know understand what is pain. Big NO my dear. Life is fair. People NOT. ALLAH is fair, because HE loves us no matter what. Do the best, remember ALLAH. 

              Im not a perfect muslim but im trying to be a real muslim, insyaAllah. I always remind my self everyday "Be nice, be good, nothing to lose".
